On September 11, 2009 a remake of the 1983 slasher film The House on Sorority Row, Sorority Row, starring Briana Evigan, Jamie Chung, Leah Pipes, Carrie Fisher, and Audrina Patridge, is released in USA (in the UK it’s released on September 9). Sorority Row is directed by Stewart Hendler, produced by Darrin Holender and Mike Karz, and written by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger.

Six sorority sisters (Ellie, Chugs, Cassidy, Claire, Jessica, and Megan) pass ideally perfect, full of fun time in college. When Megan finds out that Garrett (her boyfriend) cheats on her, the sisters decide to stage the Megan’s death as payback to Garrett for being unfaithful.

Garrett and the girls bring Megan’s body to an old steel mill. The girls know the truth, so they don’t bother what Garrett is doing and try to make things more frightening, and say that Garrett should find something to chop up Megan’s body with.

When the girls stand with their backs turned, Garrett push the Megan’s chest with a  car lug wrench and kills her. Everyone is shocked, as their best friend is accidentally dead. So, they vow to never ever speak about that horrible night again and bever tell anyone about that.

One year later, during the after-graduation party, all the girls receive a strange video on their cellphones. Someone begins to stalk them and their boyfriends. The person kills them one by one and they must find out who is doing that  before it’s too late and everybody is dead.
