On September 18, 2009 an American science fiction horror film, Pandorum, starring Ben Foster and Dennis Quaid, is released in the United States. Pandorum is directed by Christian Alvart (”Antibodies”) and written by Travis Milloy. Filming of the movie began in Berlin in August 2008.

Two astronauts, Corporal Bower (Ben Foster) and Lt. Payton (Dennis Quaid) wake up and find out that they drift in open space in the darkest corners of our galaxy and they do not remember who they are and what they are doing on the spaceship.

But they suspect that they are not the only one on the ship as they hear strange noises from the center of the the spacecraft. As the only way out of the hyper-sleep chamber they are in is through a narrow airshaft, the only one who is small enough to climb through it is Corporal Bower.

He gets out the chamber and moves to the center of the ship while his older parner guides him through a radio transmitter. The more the astronauts explorie the spacecraft, the clearer they start to understand that something terrible has occurred on the board and this something can influence on the survival of the entire human race.
